We are excited to offer the Eco Three Certified Program with Harris Doyle Homes. We have partnered to make their already well-built homes more energy efficient and comfortable. After evaluating over a thousand existing homes, we decided that many of the recurring issues we see could be eliminated during the construction process. Eco Three Innovations and Harris Doyle Homes have teamed up to offer home buyers in their communities the option of choosing energy efficient upgrade packages via this program called Eco Three Certified. New home buyers can choose between traditional insulation with whole home air sealing or spray foam insulation as well as solar board roof decking and low-e windows.
Eco Three Certified Packages include the following:

Duct Sealing and Air Sealing (traditional insulation)
Programmable Thermostat
Blower Door Testing (to ensure proper airflow and envelope tightness)
Duct Blaster Testing (to ensure duct tightness)
